At Berviqo (hereinafter "Berviqo", "we") we process personal data under the principles of minimisation, transparency and proportionality, in line with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act No. 25.326 and the applicable rulings of the Access to Public Information Agency. This document describes what information we collect through berviqo.com, for what purposes and what your rights are.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email address and the content of your message) and limited technical data such as browser type and pages visited, and only when you activate analytics or marketing cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) reply to your enquiry; (ii) keep records of communications; (iii) improve accessibility and content of the website; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not make automated decisions with significant legal effects.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free and informed consent, the execution of the pre-contractual relationship initiated by your contact and compliance with the legal obligations applicable to the controller.
5. Retention
We keep the data from the contact form for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Technical records derived from cookies are kept for the periods declared in the Cookie Policy.
6. Third parties
We may share information with contracted service providers (for example, hosting and corporate email) under confidentiality agreements and located in jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection. We do not sell your personal data.

The Access to Public Information Agency, located at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, floor 2, City of Buenos Aires, is the enforcement body of Act No. 25.326, where you may file claims if you consider your rights have been infringed.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security controls (encryption in transit, access control, operation logs) proportional to the risks associated with the processing of personal data.
11. Minors
The website is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. If we detect data submitted by minors, we proceed to delete it immediately.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or technical changes. The version in force will always be published on this page with its update date.
